Siemens wins power plant equipment supply order from POSCO

German engineering group Siemens AG said that it had received an order to supply power plant equipment for the Ansan combined cycle power plant in South Korea.The order was placed by South Korean steel producer Pohang Iron and Steel or POSCO, which will construct the plant. The plant, which is expected to be commissioned at the end of 2014, will have a gross installed electrical capacity of 834 MW.
