Laempe Mössner Sinto GmbH will present their complete portfolio for the foundry industry at GIFA 2023. From construction to the ready-to-use system, the company offers a broad spectrum ranging from core shooters including gassing devices, to core sand mixers, automated and robotic solutions as well as to automated visual and quality controls.
At this year's GIFA, the company will present the core shooter machine (type LL20) and the vertical core sand high performance mixer (type LVM). The core shooters of the LL series are compact machines that are easy to operate. Gassing unit, control, control cabinet, hydraulics as well as the cabin are already integrated and fully interconnected. For all demands in size and customer requirements, the core sand mixer series LVM is an excellent choice. It offers a homogeneous mixing quality, short mixing cycles and consumes less energy.
The company will place another focus on the automated visual inspection of cores, moulds and cast parts. With Core-Vision (core and mould inspection), Disc-Inspector (automated brake disc inspection) and Flexinspector (control of complex cast parts), Laempe offers control systems that work up to 100 percent in-line. In Düsseldorf, the company will also present the comprehensive automated and robotic solutions combined with its proprietary image processing.
