Foseco introduces new feeder systems

With FEEDEX FEF, Foseco offers a complete assortment of feeder products intended to help foundries reduce emissions of fluoride. Together with KALMINEX 2000 FF and the fluoride-free KAMINEX SD recipe, the company from Borken now offers a complete assortment of fluoride-free feeder systems.

At GIFA 2023, Foseco will present further highlights:
The patented FEEDEX VAK technology was especially developed to meet the demands of sophisticated cast parts – for which the feeder neck module is crucial for feeding the cast part.

In order to optimise feeding of isolated areas onto vertically split forms, Foseco is offering the FEEDEX K technology. Here, punctual feeding with compressible metal breaker cores is extended in scope beyond the horizontal uses of greensand.

The company also presents case studies regarding the FEEDEX SCK product series for hand-moulding foundries in the iron and steel sector. This modular product series makes it possible to optimise the output and to lower the cleaning costs for large steel and iron cast parts.

For all exhibits at the trade fair, Foseco is showing simulations of the foundry process which were made with the recently updated Foseco Pro Module 2.0 for MAGMASOFT. Visitors to the trade fair can also try out the FEEDER CALCULATOR, which will assist them in choosing the perfect feeder.
