The business units of cunova GmbH, customer-specific products and solutions made of copper and copper alloys, will be supplemented by a fourth supporting pillar in the future. Effective immediately, the Service Division business unit will be integrated into the company's organizational structure alongside Melting & Casting Technologies, Industrial Applications and Maritime Applications, as CEO Werner Stegmüller announced.
"We are convinced that we can leverage even more significant potential in the service area by improving our organizational structure," said Stegmüller.
Business Unit Service Division
Jack A. Roser, CEO of Roser Technologies Inc. (RTI), which was acquired by cunova last year, will head the new unit. The company is pursuing a clear growth strategy that includes both the establishment of new service centers and the acquisition of existing service locations. Jack Roser will present the associated service strategy and concepts for its sales implementation as early as the leading METEC 2023 trade fair in Düsseldorf in June, he said.
"With the decision to establish a fourth business unit for Service Division, we are underlining our high standards of the best possible customer and service orientation. We are convinced that this decision will enable us to achieve our ambitious growth targets even better," Stegmüller explains.
