Since 01/10/2018, KLEIN Stoßwellentechnik GmbH has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of KLEIN Anlagenbau AG. In the future, the bundled competencies will continue to meet the steady increasing market requirements of automotive casting technology.
Since 1998, KLEIN Stoßwellentechnik GmbH has predominantly served the international automotive industry and their suppliers with its products and services and has made a name for itself in the sector since then. The CERABITE® shock-wave process is used to clean castings using underwater capacitor discharges. Sand cores, ceramic cores, particles and metal chips are removed from complex castings such as engine blocks and cylinder heads. The motor components with much more delicate cast structures and smaller tolerances for more sensitive and complex peripheral components as well as the use of lead-free bearing shells are required in order to be able to meet the market demands for greater engine power with far less of an environmental impact. For this purpose, the CERABITE® shock-wave process is providing the necessary sand and chip-free level of purity with the lowest energy consumption values.
The CERABITE® process is flexible as a result of using modern robotics and designed to be fully automatic for serial operation. The energy spectrum includes customer-specific examinations in the technical centre, creation of plant designs and construction and production of complete systems with final assembly and commissioning. Maintenance and service for installed systems keep the availability at a high level.
The parent company, KLEIN Anlagenbau AG is characterised by decade-long experience and competence in the field of pneumatic conveyor systems, casting equipment and sanding technology for rail vehicles. As an internationally active systems supplier, KLEIN Anlagenbau AG offers its customers made-to-measure complete solutions from planning through to the after sales service. The long-standing clientèle includes global players of the automotive industry, bulk goods industry and the rail sector.
KLEIN Anlagenbau AG offers different pneumatic conveyor systems for a wide range of bulk goods and sands. The pneumatic SP-HL conveyor developed in-house in particular, which stands out due to the considerable energy savings, low degree of wear and higher transport services. Furthermore, the product range for casting houses also offers systems for sand, cement and additive dosing and for core sand preparation and distribution. The core sand mixer STATORMIX meets all the requirements of modern core production.
According to the growing demands of the markets, new products and innovative plant designs are constantly being developed in the in-house development department. Thus, the patented CLUSTREG® process for the regeneration of inorganically bonded used sand was developed.
With an uncompromising orientation towards quality and service, both companies, KLEIN Anlagenbau AG and KLEIN Stoßwellentechnik GmbH, support their customers as competent and reliable partners.
Both companies will be exhibiting at GIFA 2019 on 25th - 29th June in Düsseldorf (hall 16, booth C11).
