Founded in 1987, JUTEC GmbH is a manufacturer in the field of "technical textiles". The product offer includes processing textiles, the development and design of various solutions in the field of heat and workplace protection, as well as insulation technology and property protection.
The company, which is run by brothers Axel and Stefan Jung, is one of the leading manufacturers in Europe today. It is a medium-sized company that currently employs 50 people. JUTEC GmbH is organized according to a "three-pillar concept", with the three focus areas being heat protection, workplace protection, and insulation technology/property protection. "In these three fields, we have specialized in conceiving and implementing solutions to meet individual customer requirements. The goal is to achieve a strong market position through short delivery times and a high quality standard for all manufactured products. This is realized through optimal production processes, the most modern technology, certified textiles, and the high knowledge of the employees. We welcome even the smallest orders and carry them out to the satisfaction of the customer," Stefan Jung explains the formula for the company's success.
"Made in Germany" Technological Advantage
Through constant investment in the most modern production technologies and arduous tests, JUTEC has succeeded in maintaining its production site in Germany despite increasingly more difficult market conditions. The most modern CAD and cutting technologies as well as computer-supported sewing machines also guarantee a fast reaction time. Delivery is performed within 24 hours in Germany and within 48 hours in the rest of Europe. This generally applies also to special designs, which is why customers from more than 70 countries take advantage of our offer. Axel Jung: "The goal of JUTEC is, and will remain, continuous expansion through the most modern technology. In this way we're in a position to quickly offer various solutions to all problems, up to and including a temperature of 3,000° C."
Textiles compliant with standards
JUTEC puts its trust in absolute safety in development and production and has invested in costly tests from internationally recognized institutes: For example, the textiles were subjected to a fire protection test in accordance with DIN 4102-1, which means you can rest assured when we say "non-flammable". In addition, the Maritime Employers Liability Insurance association was commissioned with worldwide certification in accordance with the US Coast Guard standard. The fire testing section of the Technical Inspection Agency- North (TÜV-Nord) was in charge of implementation. Our certificates provide customers worldwide with a high degree of safety.
