About us

Company details

The HEINRICH WAGNER SINTO MASCHINENFABRIK GmbH (HWS) was founded almost 75 years ago in Laasphe, Germany, as factory for the production of foundry machinery. In two facilities in Bad Laasphe 340 employees design, manufacture and assemble moulding machines and plants, pouring units and other devices for the foundry industry. Following the international alignment of the group the focus of sale is concentrated to Europe and the countries of the former Soviet Union.

From the year 1983 the development of the company was fundamentally influenced by the merger with SINTOKOGIO, the biggest manufacturer of foundry equipment worldwide. 26 Japanese companies together with 14 foreign works and subsidiaries turn SINTOKOGIO into a Global Player. In addition to the moulding technology the profile of the group basically consists of the regeneration of moulding material, filter systems, blasting technology as well as abrasives.
