ExOne™, a leading provider of industrial sand 3D printing offers both: Machines and production service.
3D printing is a production process in which layers are superposed on each other to create a three-dimensional solid object from a digital model. 3D printing can produce parts that have highly complex geometric properties, which cannot be made with any other production process.

The ExOne™ binder jetting process offers a significant increase in the production rate and the possible design space. Design modifications can be made on the CAD file in seconds and reprinted without complicated and expensive tooling changes. Support structures, build plates or tool paths are not required. Since different individual parts can be produced in a single print bed, the ExOne™ technology provides an effective short production/turn-around time. Because of the high print speed and sophisticated pattern geometry ExOne™ is the optimal choice for printing cost-effective, customized parts using industrial-grade materials.

In addition of selling ExOne™ machines, the company also offers (customized) production service of sand cores and mold packages.
