The present Ing. Hubert Maldaner GmbH Company in Langenfeld originated as a private company founded to market metal sealing products in February 1962.
The following year, in October 1963, a first job-shop for sealing castings opened in Düsseldorf.
The superiority of the new sealants, which were introduced by Maldaner, gave the industrial users, within a short time, an important advantage of quality. This consequently led to a rapid expansion of the Maldaner company. Meanwhile the company has grown into being the largest impregnating specialist in Europe.
