We are the EU's premier company for the heat treatment of ADI castings, operating large capacity batch furnaces with sealed quench salt baths Our people have long experience in the industry; they include qualified engineers and metallurgists specifically trained in ADI materials, heat treatment plant and processes. Working with castings producers and users, we help with design and materials know-how to engineer new component solutions. Each unit is capable of 100 tonnes production per week.   We also carry out a range of annealing treatments for foundries and metal stampers using a controlled atmosphere belt furnace. A second unit is available to meet growth in demand.     In house transport   ADI Treatments operates a covered vehicle to expedite schedules for local customers.     World wide associations   As members of the UK Contract Heat Treatment Association we enjoy their support in environmental and market issues. Our membership of Engineering Employers Federation assists our business and employee relations.
