TimeLine Foundry – the industry solution for foundries

TimeLine for Machine and Plant Engineering

Numerous features in TimeLine are specifically tailored to meet the needs of project-based manufacturers in machine and plant construction. The integrated project management lets you stay on top of large projects with hundreds of production orders, sales orders, purchase orders, etc.. Projects can be divided into “milestones”, which enables milestone-based product costing analyses and cost monitoring: The “Project Painter” presents all project-related documents in a tree structure. Here you can create, call up or delete new documents as well as display them for information.

Attachment transfer to Microsoft Word

ERP systems are often unsuited to supporting the graphic demands of printing offers with multiple long texts, technical descriptions, tables, etc.. TimeLine solves the problem by transferring documents created in TimeLine (e.g. offers) directly to Microsoft Word at the click of a button, where they can be re-worked and printed. The TimeLine Follow-up Document Management then links the offer to the customer, ensuring you access to the Word document from the project management or the customer per double-click.
Multi-level parts lists

Multi-level parts lists can be managed quickly and quickly using the TimeLine parts list management. Where required, TimeLine displays your parts lists and order structures in a tree structure. Closing and opening individual branches lets you navigate through your parts lists with ease.
