An extensive range of shapes and sizes are manufactured which includes nozzles for standard and all of the leading exchangeable metering systems.
Our product portfolio also includes the manufacture and supply of zirconia plate inserts that are used in the repair of sliding gate plates.
Dyson are the leading European manufacturer of zirconia atomising nozzles which are used for metal powder production within the PM industry. Nozzles of exacting dimensional tolerances are manufactured from yttria, ceria and magnesia stabilised formulations that combine excellent erosion resistance with enhanced thermal stress properties.
During our more recent history, Dyson have perfected the technologies to manufacture a range of technically advanced zirconia crucibles used for the melting of high purity alloys in the biomedical, aerospace and precious metal industries. Our product range has been recently enhanced to include a range of alumina and magnesia crucibles.
