Mould temperature regulation

A significant factor in obtaining high quality die castings is the temperature regulation of the mould. thermobiehl heating and cooling devices use the heat-bearing media oil and water to ensure precise temperature management in the consumer via a control system specially attuned to the individual casting operation.

In order to keep the mould at precisely the same pre-specified temperature during both production and standstill phases, there are various different control options for whatever the production requirements.

All devices that operate with oil as the heat-bearing medium are TÜV approved (Technical Inspection Association) and have a GS symbol for geprüfte Sicherheit (Safety Tested).
All devices correspond to the CE standard.

thermobiehl will gladly be available, both to advise and to assist in selecting among the various temperature regulation options for practical use in casting.

Company details

The thermobiehl Apparatebau GmbH was founded 1948 by its current member of company Mr. August Biehl and manufactures since 1970 exclusively temperature control units for various applications in different industries.

For a more efficient approach to the development of new technologies now also provides a second location in Dorsten.

For the coordination of the old and the new location Mr. Matthias Pietrzak is responsible as the new general manager and Mr. Dursun Yumuk as the new plant manager.
