By utilising the benecial properties of Sodium or Potassium Hydroxide, LBBC Technologies embraced its pioneering Quicklock® Door and associated interlock technology to overcome pressure safety problems previously experienced with core leaching, enabling higher temperature cycling. In 2014 LBBC Technologies moved into a new purpose built facility which will enable the company to pursue the vision for continuous investment in R&D into the future. LBBC provide extended warranties and ongoing technical support including service, maintenance, training and spares to help optimise use of the equipment.

Quality Assurance Policy

It is the policy of LBBC Technologies to supply products and services which achieve very high levels of customer satisfaction and to ensure its Quality Assurance (QA) system meets and continues to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 and relevant legal requirements.   • Ensure levels of re-work costs on projects are below 2% of the contract value
  • Grow the numbers of service contract customers by 2 per year
  • To achieve 98% of spares deliveries on time and in full
