Milling Technology This technology forms the historic root of the enterprise. LINSINGER Milling Machines are used for welding edge preparation. The milling machines are applied for Large Pipe production, longitudinal and spiral seam tube lines up to plate reprofiling for Offshore windmills with plate sizes of max. 25 x 5 m. LINSINGER milling machines prepare edges for manufacturing of ball diameter 42 m to be installed in gas tankers. Presently LINSINGER is building the largest milling machine worldwide.
Plate Mill Dimension: length 100 m, weight approx. 340 t, size of plates to be milled: 25 m long, 5 m wide – at max. 45 t work piece weight.
Sawing Technology LINSINGER Sawing machines are cutting the hardest metal alloys in shortest time: The High Power saws divide ingoing material for tube and forging mills, non-ferrous billets and slabs. Rail Sawing and Drilling Machines are often applied at worldwide known rail producers.
Tool Technology The “Chicken” under LINSINGERs roof is the field of Tool Technology. This field accrued from the experience that a lot of customers do not have suitable special tools for operation of the high-specialised LINSINGER machines. With the LINSINGER tools will be essentially simplified. Along the lines of "Life cycle-costs" of a machine the standstill times are minimised and the costs for service and maintenance are reduced. The special LINSINGER Tools are delivered only for LINSINGER Machines.
Per 1. January 2015 the enterprise employs 380 staff members
