MAYA on-line elemental analyser

The MAYA on-line elemental analyser developed by Laser Distance Spectrometry is the pioneer of Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) technology. It is installed above a stream of solid or slurry materials and returns its elemental composition in real-time mode to any type of SCADA system for prompt process control.

MAYA works without sampling therefore eliminates human errors, runs 24x7x365 under heavy dusty, humidity, corrosive conditions and requires low operational and maintenance cost.

MAYA proved to be efficient in various industries: mining and mineral explorations; ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy; phosphate and potash fertiliser production, refractories, coal and cement, etc. MAYA allows to perform batch sorting of ore; reagent and water consumption control in flotation process; quality control of the final product or incoming raw materials or provide corrective additions for raw mix chemistry stabilization before it is too late for a process.
