Our products

Product category: Die spraying units

Our brainchild features multi-purpose and customer perspective design for extract gripper and has already been delivered to many customers all over the world. Our extract gripper is available in multi size of die casting machine. Link type clamp method enables precise handling with high clamping force. In addition, insert, spray and other functions can also be loaded to the extract gripper. The robot system with these extract grippers contributes to the cost reduction and the increase of production efficiency, finding optimal cycle time. We are proud of our spray robot system with in-house developed high response solenoid (electro-magnetic) valve and high-speed control board, too. By adopting this spray system applying effectively die lubricant, an improvement for work environment and cost reduction can be realized. On the whole, we automate various metal die casting (Al, Mg, Zn) method, such as high pressure, low pressure, gravity, vertical type and squeeze die casting, for extracting, spraying, inserting, trimming (gate cutting), ladling, and deburring with robot and peripheral equipments.
