The Tallinn Electrical Engineering Factory „Estel“ was established in 1870 and nowadays it is the one of world’s leaders in field of development, production and sales of wide spectrum power converter devices. The equipment produced by Estel is used in many different industries, such as metallurgy, mechanical engineering, power, mining, aviation and railway transport. Reliability and high technical and economic performance of Estel’s equipment are proven by it’s wide application geography.


Development, production and implementation of the Induction Heating Systems are important part of Estel’s major activities. Long-term experience allows Estel to choose the best partners on market to execute very unique projects. The product range covers medium frequency billet heaters and induction furnaces, pipe heat treatment lines, high frequency surface treatment devices.


At GIFA we present our 70 kHz Induction Hardening Frequency Converter, designed to replace obsolete tube generators. It is characterised with a reasonable price, maintaining the industrial-standard quality level. Likewise other Estel’s equipment, new FCI-50-66 are equipped with digital control unit made by Estel, allowing all common connectivity and automatization possibilities.
