Foundry industry is an important field for Vibroprocess. For many years now, we have developed new solutions to improve the productivity of foundry workshops around the world.

Our equipment is used in various areas of the foundry: from feeding the furnace, to cooling and transporting the castings, passing through green sand or sand-resin shakeout. We also offer applications for the processing lines, that collects and cools the sand before delivering it back to the sand plant.

Thanks to the continuous research and development in the foundry field, Vibroprocess has achieved very important goals during the last years, improving existing technologies such as the continuous discharging shakeout using "Vario Simplex", an electronic system that controls the speed and the angle of line of force. The new software created for controlling the casting coolers also improved the overall control of the entire production line.

In the foundry field, as well as in the other application fields, our machines are designed for extreme work conditions and are manufactured based on our “ Heavy-Duty “ design principle.
