Product category: Airless shot-blasting machines

Tappeto Rampante ® STEEL

The steel Tumblast machines Tappeto Rampante® are particularly used for treating work-pieces with unit weight from 20- 25 Kg, according to the machine.

The shot blast operation is done on :

- iron, steel , aluminium and brass castings
- steel or brass forgings or pressings
- heat treated work-pieces

The work-pieces placed loosely on the endless turning belt and they are shot blasted by the wheels positioned on the top part of the machine.

The load is done by an hydraulic skip loader, whilst the unloading can be done directly into the container , or on a vibrating chanel that allows the recovery of the shot remaining on the work-pieces.

Special devices: such as magnetic separator and an automatic device for the abrasive cleaner allows to optimize the shot blast operation by treating the castings. We were the first in Italy to design and manufacture Tumblast machines Tappeto Rampante®.

Tappeto Rampante® is a registered trade-mark of OMSG.

Tappeto Rampante ® RUBBER TUMBLAST MACHINE

The rubber Tumblast machines Tappeto Rampante® are used for treating work-pieces with small to medium size, such as :

- aluminium die-castings
- steel or brass forgings or pressings
- plastic material ( thermosettings)
- iron or steel pieces, medium to small sizes

They are made of an endless tumblast of rubber , with high resistance to wear; the work-pieces turn loosely inside the belt and they are shot blasted by the wheels positioned on the top part of the machine.

The machine can be equipped with special devices to achieve a better finish ( frequency converter for belt and wheels , PLC , flap and unloading belt , etc. ) avoiding crashes on the work-pieces.

The load and unload can be made manually or automatically with hydraulic skip loaders.

Tappeto Rampante® is a registered trade-mark of OMSG.
