Armstrong has developed over 20 varieties of Pump Bowls in Nickle Aluminium Bronze (Naval Bronze) for pumping applications

The Bowls are produced, machined and leak tested at 1000 Psi in-house

The twisted profile cores are made integral through CNC route tooling and produced through cold box core making process for better strength and surface roughness

Bronze Pump Casings & Valve Bodies

Armstrong has developed over 30 varities of Pump Casings and Valve Bodies in various Copper Alloys like ECO Brass (Lead Free Bronze), LG2 and Nickle Aluminium Bronze (Naval Bronze)

The Parts are completely processed, machined and leak tested in-house and supplied to customers in ready to use condition

The ECO Brass (Lead Free Bronze) parts are produced from ingots certified to NSF-61 requirements for usage in potable water application

Armstrong Foundry is equipped with Two centrifugal casting machines with maximum diameter of 500 mm and length of 500 mm
