Pyrotek's line of casting funnels are available in a range of materials and can be sized and shaped based on customer's geometric operating constraints. Pyrotek manufactures a number of standard shapes to fit the three most common funnel applications:
Product category: Ladling and dosing equipment for die-casting
Casting Ladles
Casting ladles, also known as hand pouring ladles, and larger bucket-style ladles are used to manually transfer or extract small to large amounts of molten metal, either in a laboratory or aluminium foundry environment.
Pouring spouts are a part of the crucible and can be found in the potroom, crucible shop and maintenance department. They are the outlet source through which the molten metal contained in the crucible is discharged.
Building on decades of innovative offerings for aluminium foundries, Pyrotek is launching its Advanced Foundry Services—integrated capital equipment, a network of experienced technical experts, and industry-leading consumable parts that optimize efficiency and product quality.
At GIFA 2019, Pyrotek will showcase how our Advanced Foundry Services work together to support every possible customer scenario. We'll display our leading underheated furnace design, degassing systems, and other technologies like our new Rigid Glasweve™ filters. Engineering specialists will be available to describe product capabilities, share demonstrations, and detail our integrated services.
This multi-year initiative is based on millions of dollars of research and development at Pyrotek's laboratories around the world, and decades of partnership with our customers.
