Rotary hearth furnace

Rotary turntable furnaces are used for the continuous heating of various components and in different branches of the industry. This furnace type has been designed and produced by us in different sizes for various processes and requirements. The advantage of this furnace type is the possibility to control the feeding and emptying of the furnace from one single point or next to each other, respectively.

The heating is preferably done directly through highly effective burners in the ceiling or the side walls.

Car bottom furnace

Car bottom furnaces are used for a broad range of industrial heating and heat treatment tasks in small, medium and large industries. They are robust and reliable systems that are used for the heat treatment of high-quality products. The heating can be done with different systems. Generally, high-speed or flat flame burners are used, which guarantee an economic and resource-saving heating of the product. Car bottom furnaces are suitable for the annealing of iron and steel, the tempering and removing of non-ferrous metals as well as the hardening. Furthermore, they are used for the baking and sintering of ceramic applications. Thanks to its advantageous construction that allows the furnace floor to be driven out of the furnace, the car bottom furnace is accessible from all sides, which facilitates the feeding. This furnace type has been designed for a broad temperature range and is thus very versatile in use.
