Our products

Product category: Investment casting

Precision casting

In the precision casting process, we offer castings from 0.03kg up to 150kg. The maximum mould size is 650 x 650 x 650mm.

We cast unalloyed and alloyed steels as well as a selection of aluminium, bronze and brass alloys.

Die casting

In gravity die casting (also with the use of sand cores) we cast aluminium alloys according to DIN EN 1706 with unit weights of up to 45kg.

We are happy to advise you on the casting development with regard to the selection of alloys as well as the most effective design of die casting tools.

Whether at our own location or at the site of one of our long-term partners, we work on your component and deliver it to you ready for installation. If required we will also test the part for pressure tightness.

Sand casting

In addition to red bronze and bronzes we also cast multi-alloy bronzes, lead bronze as well as brass and special brass with unit weights up to 1000kg according to DIN EN 1982. In addition, we cast all aluminium alloys according to DIN EN 1706 (unit weights up to 150kg) as well as steel and stainless steel alloys (unit weights up to 4000kg).

For machine mould casting for non-ferrous metals and aluminium we have a moulding machine (Dynamatic Aspa 300) with box dimensions 610x460x225/225 available.

For hand moulding the box dimensions range from 600x600x300 to 2500x2000x600.

In addition to the machine-formed sand casting with so-called "green sand", we manufacture hand-moulded casting using the core block method.
