Our cylinder blocks are the best foundation for successful engines

We manufacture cylinder blocks and cylinder heads for the global passenger car market. For our product range we use 100% cast iron materials. The material’s properties will be optimised for the final product.

Our product range for blocks is from compact, economical 2-cylinder engines to powerful turbocharged V12 engines.

Eisenwerk Brühl has focused on the economic mass production of cylinder blocks in conjunction with "best in class" quality and delivery reliability.

Eisenwerk Brühl has always pushed the development of light weight cast iron cylinder blocks. Through the use of our products in low emission engines we make a valuable contribution to the environment.

Since 1927 Eisenwerk Bruehl GmbH is specialized in developing and high volume production of cylinder blocks for the automotive industry. The high level of automation and our well-engineered manufacturing process for lightweight and thin-wall concepts makes Eisenwerk Bruehl to the most important partner producing cast iron cylinderblocks for the passengers car market. With an overall capacity of approxmiatly up to 5 million blocks per year we ship parts to customers worldwide.
