What is precision casting?
Precision casting (also called investment casting, lost-wax casting,and cire perdue) is a metal shaping technique to form near net-shaped products. The basic casting principle is to pour and to fill molten metal into a disposable ceramic mold. Then, the molten metal adapts to the shape of the mold and forms the final products. The technique has been around for thousands of years, as far as the bronze age. Even though it sounds like an old trick, but the research and development is still going up to this day. Even today, the casting foundries keep working to continuously improve the quality of casting products. Pressure Equipment Directive Certification Process
From our early days to today, Zenith Allmart Precisindo has been supplying pressure equipment (such as valves and pumps) to various countries in Europe. Now, our passion for manufacture says that we are ready to take the next step! Our commitment to supply internationally approved high quality products lead us to take the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) certification.
PED will assure our European customers that we take our manufacturing and service seriously and responsibly. In addition to PED, we also took AD2000 to comply with the requirement of our customers from Germany. Therefore, our hope is that we can continuously fulfill and satisfy our customers’ expectations.
Thanks to the effort of our quality assurance department, our quality system has been assessed by TÜV Rheinland on 30 Jan 2019 and 31 Jan 2019. So, stay-tuned for the official certificate good news.Pressure Equipment Directive Certification Process
PED will assure our European customers that we take our manufacturing and service seriously and responsibly. Our core business is in metal subcontracting industry, especially for foundry investment casting or precision casting and subsequent machining process. We have been supplying our product to global industries such as: valve and pump; processing industry; power generation and energy sector; machinery industry; automotive and metal treatment industry; medical and rehabilitation; furniture and interior; building; vessel and weapon industry.
