Modular self-cleaning PJ panel bag filters

Self-cleaning PJ bag filters are made from modular interchangeable panels which are bolted together and used to treat very large quantities of dusty air.
They can be made from galvanised metal sheet, black sheet or stainless steel, with specific filtering fabrics according to pollutant, complete with compressed air impulse filter cleaning system, managed by a sequencer/economiser.
Alternatively, the same filters can be fitted with a bag cleaning system by means of a counter air flow generated by a special ventilator.
These are completed by extraction augers and rotary valves, sized to accommodate a wide range of exhaust flows.
Easy maintenance, high efficiency and low load loss mean that these filters are truly reliable products.

Biofilters

Biofilters are used to deodorise malodorous substances which are normally present in the waste treatment sector.
They are made in concrete or aluminium/stainless steel. Inside, biofiltering material of different sizes, consisting of erica/peat, etc. is homogeneously distributed and activated by bacterial flora.
Biomodules or plastic grilles supported by feet support biofiltering material. The humidity of inbound air flow is maintained by a surface bed irrigation system.
