ASK Chemicals Korea receives industry award

The Ministry for Commerce, Industry and Energy, the Ministry for SMEs and the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies (IPS) have granted ASK Chemicals Korea the National Industry Award 2023 in the category Safety Management & ESG Excellence. The company received the award for exemplary standards of occupational safety and their ESG initiatives.

ASK Chemicals Korea earned the yearly award for their exemplary occupational safety. The award is based on strict adherence to and implementation of occupational safety principles, ongoing improvement of safety in the workplace and a positive assessment by the Korean occupational safety and health authority (KOSHA). The committee evaluated all documents and praised the outstanding results achieved by ASK Chemicals Korea in these areas.

Jeong-Hyun Park, General Manager Korea, attended the award ceremony as a representative for ASK Chemicals Korea in Seoul, Korea. He said: “We are proud of having met all necessary requirements for the award. This recognition validates the commitment by ASK Chemicals for ESG and our ongoing efforts to put the safety and well-being of our employees and customers first.”
