In our FAQ section, we’ve compiled the most frequently asked questions about GIFA in Düsseldorf in a clear and organized manner—from tickets and registration to travel arrangements and on-site services. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, our team will be happy to assist you personally.
General
GIFA FAQ
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change names on tickets or tickets created from vouchers after they have been issued. In this case, please contact ticket@messe-duesseldorf.de by email.
Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be canceled or returned
Via the Visitor Voucher Code Manager you have an overview of the codes already redeemed at any time.
Statistical key figures on voucher redemptions and admissions can be tracked on a daily basis in the voucher management system.
The participation fees and services can be found on the overview page of the online registration here.
Calculate the fees for your stand space easily and conveniently with the stand space cost calculator. You can quickly see the costs for your stand and how they are made up. Please note that other services that can be booked for a fee are not included in the stand space calculation (electricity, cleaning, etc.).
Standard wheelchairs (free of charge) and electric wheelchairs (20,-- €) can be rented at our trade fair outpatient clinic for all trade fairs.
The wheelchairs can carry a maximum load of 100 kg. Standard wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs are only available in limited numbers.
Advance booking is therefore strongly recommended. Below is the link for pre-registration:

The rental coupons for the electric scooters amounting to 20,- € can be purchased at the fair cash desk and exchanged for an electric wheelchair at the fair ambulance.
