Book all the trade fair services you need for your event centrally via the Messe Düsseldorf Exhibitor Shop. Vetted service partners, guaranteed delivery dates and maximum planning certainty.
Via Log in on the homepage, you can log in with an existing user account or create a new one. To be authorised to place orders, your Exhibitor Shop user account must be linked to your stand booking. Please note that products and services in the Exhibitor Shop can only be ordered once you have received official approval. Click here to go to the login page.
For some events, you can order media services via the Exhibitor Shop shortly before accreditation. All technical and other services can be ordered once accreditation has been received.
The order deadlines are displayed in the top left-hand corner of all Exhibitor Shops. All services and products are listed there along with their respective order deadlines. You can also find the individual order deadlines in the detailed view of each product/service. Click here for the order deadlines.
Parking permits are allocated approximately 4 weeks before the event.As soon as the parking pass has been allocated and can be downloaded via the ‘ ’ button in the stand management section, we will automatically send you a notification by email.
Please note:There is only a very limited number of parking passes available; therefore, this is a request-based service with no entitlement to a specific parking space. Parking permits are valid for the entire duration of the event and do not apply during set-up and dismantling periods.
Only invoices for Messe Düsseldorf services are provided in the Exhibitor Shop. Invoices for services provided by service partners are issued separately by the service provider.
Invoices can be viewed in the Exhibitor Shop, subject to availability and after logging in, at My Account – Stand Management – Invoices & Documents
Stand hire and advance payment:
Following confirmation of your booking and prior to the event, every exhibitor will receive an invoice for the stand space and an advance payment invoice.
Exception:
The advance payment is waived if you book a stand construction package.
Final invoice:
Approximately one month after the event, you will receive a final invoice for services provided by Messe Düsseldorf.
Important note:
Please only pay invoices that you can clearly link to an order placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners. You can check the accuracy of Messe Düsseldorf invoices in your OOS account at under ‘My Account’ – ‘Stand Management’ – ‘Invoices & Documents’ .
Exhibitor voucher codes:
The codes will be sent out and allocated approximately 2 months before the start of the event.
The codes can be managed via the Exhibitor Voucher Code Manager.
Only one exhibitor voucher code can be redeemed per email address.
Visitor voucher codes:
The codes will be sent out and allocated approximately two months before the start of the event.
The codes will be allocated within 20 minutes of your order.
The codes can be managed via the Visitor Voucher Code Manager.
Your customers redeem the voucher codes in our ticket shop and then receive a visitor day ticket, which they can use for the duration of the trade fair.
