Information on the EU Digital Services Act

Monthly active EU users

In accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), Messe Düsseldorf GmbH publishes information every six months on the average number of monthly active users in the European Union, calculated over a six-month period. In the most recent six-month period, which ended on 1 June 2026, Messe Düsseldorf had a total of 406,857 active users. This information has been compiled in accordance with the DSA and may therefore differ from other published user metrics for Messe Düsseldorf GmbH’s platforms.

If you believe that content on digital services falling within the scope of responsibility of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH as an intermediary service infringes your personal rights or applicable law (e.g. harassment or hate speech), you can submit a report via the form below or by email to , dsa@messe-duesseldorf.de or to request the removal of the content.
Please bear in mind that submitting a report to Messe Düsseldorf GmbH does not mean that the content in question will be automatically removed. We will process all reports promptly, carefully and objectively. The person or organisation submitting the report will be informed of our decision without delay and advised of any possible legal remedies.

Transparency Report (Art. 15 DSA)

Under Art. 15(1) of the DSA, we are obliged to publish transparency reports once a year regarding our moderation of content. Such a report will be published here in due course.
