Once again this year, Timmer GmbH is presenting its enhanced vacuum tube lifters at LogiMAT in Stuttgart, showcasing ergonomic solutions for interlogistics. With the vacuum tube lifters of the quickLIFT and heavyLIFT series, the product specialist presents solutions with which various goods can be lifted and lowered ergonomically and safely.
"Dynamic markets, a shortage of skilled workers and growing demands in terms of storage efficiency pose enormous challenges for the intralogistics of numerous companies. Vacuum tube lifters from Timmer help to optimize these processes. With our products, we will present solutions at LogiMAT that create a safe, efficient, and ergonomic working environment," says Fabian Wenninghoff, product specialist at Timmer.
quickLIFT tube lifter
The quickLIFT features intuitive one-hand operation designed for typical pick-and-place handling and achieves high cycle rates. It can be used to handle lifting goods such as cardboard boxes, bagged goods or plates weighing up to 50 kg. Optionally, the quickLIFT is available with a 360-degree turntable, which enables optimal placement of the lifting goods and can be quickly locked in place if required.
heavyLIFT
Safety and ergonomics are also top priorities for the heavyLIFT. Even heavy and bulky lifting goods weighing up to 300 kg can be safely guided with a variable handle for both hands. Another special feature is the optional quick-change system, which makes it easy to replace the suction cups for different lifting goods if necessary.
Faster processes
The heavyLIFT is equipped with a special feature at the international trade fair for intralogistics: The "swivel crossbeam" operating unit gives the system more mobility. The swivel crossbeam is ideally suited for plate material, which is frequently used in intralogistics. It allows the material to be lifted and then swiveled through 90 degrees and placed directly at the deposit location. This results in shortened work steps and faster processes. Individuality is an important aspect of all exhibited products in the timLIFT line.
