White Paper "Green Steel" of the Swiss Steel Group extended

Some time ago, the Swiss Steel Group published its white paper "Green Steel" in which it made public its offensive for ecologically produced, low-CO2 steel. This paper has now been expanded by the company so that customers and interested parties continue to be informed in a comprehensible manner about all relevant measures. The white paper will be used by the Group as a set of instructions for gradually and systematically reducing emissions at all its sites.  

Initiative to reduce emissions 

The tasks of the Swiss Steel Group's production sites and scientific laboratories will be significantly expanded by "Green Steel"; in addition to their existing tasks, they will become technology, experimentation and innovation platforms. By reducing its own carbon footprint and documenting it precisely as part of the Group-wide "Green Steel" initiative, Swiss Steel Group is setting itself the goal of reducing its own emissions to as close to zero as possible.
